OtsoBet88 Terms and Conditions — Philippine Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and OtsoBet88 ("OtsoBet88", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the OtsoBet88 platform, including all sports betting, card game, live casino and payment services available at otsobet88.app. These Terms apply to all members located in the Philippines.

• Colluding with other players in card games including Pusoy or Tongits to gain an unfair advantage over the table.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or technical faults on the OtsoBet88 platform. Any winnings resulting from a known platform error must be returned.
• Money laundering or using OtsoBet88 for any transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers by registering multiple accounts, using payment methods belonging to third parties or taking any action designed to obtain promotional value beyond its intended scope.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the OtsoBet88 platform or interferes with other members' experience.

All transactions at OtsoBet88 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Deposits: OtsoBet88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet typically reflect within one hour during banking hours. OtsoBet88 does not charge deposit fees from our side, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal at OtsoBet88 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day. OtsoBet88 does not charge withdrawal fees. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

Restrictions: OtsoBet88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the relevant governing body or organisation. OtsoBet88 uses official results from sanctioning bodies for boxing, the PBA for Philippine basketball, and recognised authorities for all other sports markets. Settlement typically occurs within a few minutes of an official result being confirmed.

Void bets: A bet may be voided by OtsoBet88 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is decided; a technical or pricing error results in materially incorrect odds being offered; an event does not proceed within the time parameters stated for that market. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and stakes are returned to your OtsoBet88 wallet.

Live betting: In-play markets at OtsoBet88 are subject to suspension and republication during significant events (such as a knockdown in boxing or a score change in basketball). Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid at the odds confirmed. OtsoBet88 is not responsible for connection interruptions that prevent a member from placing a live bet before odds change.

OtsoBet88 operates real-money Pusoy and Tongits tables as part of its platform. The following rules apply to all card game activity at OtsoBet88.

Game rules: The rules applicable to each game variant are displayed in the table information panel before you join. OtsoBet88 uses standardised rule sets based on common Philippine card game conventions. Rule variations (such as Sapaw bonuses in Tongits or hand bonus structures in Pusoy) are stated explicitly in the table panel for each affected table.

Disconnection: If you lose connection during a card game session at OtsoBet88, the system will continue with auto-play on your behalf until you reconnect. OtsoBet88 is not liable for results incurred during an auto-play period resulting from connection issues on the member's side.

Collusion: Any form of collusion between players at an OtsoBet88 card game table — including but not limited to sharing hand information, coordinating discard patterns or splitting winnings outside the platform — is strictly prohibited. Detected collusion will result in immediate account suspension and may result in balance forfeiture.

Minimum stakes: Card game minimum stake levels are stated per table. The lowest available stake at OtsoBet88 card tables is currently ₱20 per unit.

OtsoBet88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The member has provided false registration information.
• The member is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to OtsoBet88 or other members.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the balance at the time of closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification checks.
